Prerequisite:
- check system requirements, you can find them on page: Requirements
- create MYSQL database with user that can access it
- create SMTP account that would be used for sending emails
- (nice to have) your custom logo for classified app
How to install:
- download ZIP file with app
- put zip file on the server, in directory of domain that you want to use classified app on
- unpack zip file, you can use for this your hosting’s file manager (File Manager for cPanel and Files for DirectAdmin or similar app provided by your hosting)
- remove zip file
- go to example.com/install URL in your browser (change example.com to your domain). If you have put classified app inside sub directory, you must add /install to URL relative to that directory, for example: example.com/your-subdirectory/install
- follow installation steps
After installation:
- remove installation directory
- setup cron:
change path /var/www/html to the path of classified app path, it is directory containing file: zzzz_2max_io_classified_ads_project_root.txt*

- check if emails are send correctly by registering normal user account in classified app
- log in to admin panel, go to settings, and set settings according to your needs, recommended changes:
- page title
- logo
- configuration for PayPal to receive payments
